If you are brave enough, head on over to the NYC Hot Sauce Expo. Celebrate your love for pepper and all things spicy right in NYC at the 5th Annual NYC Hot Sauce Expo.
The expo will showcase only the very best hot sauce makers from all over the world. This year, the expo will highlight international makers from Australia, Canada, New England, New Zealand, South America, and of course, the United States of America.
There will be 45 hot sauce vendors, craft beer, spicy food, and of course, great music.

and tons more with just as scary sounding names
Of course, with so many amazing vendors, there has to be some sort of competition.. right?
